Privacy
In case of discrepancies, the Luxembourgish version of this text is legally authoritative.
This website handles your data carefully. In normal operation the application processes no personal data of visitors: there are no visitor accounts, no data-storing form, and no tracking or analytics services.
1 · Controller
Mika (Michael) Ferreira, DP Kayl-Téiteng. Contact: email@michael-ferreira.com. Further details in the imprint.
2 · No trackers, no consent cookies
This website uses no analytics services and no marketing cookies. Only the application's technically necessary session is used. There is therefore no cookie banner.
3 · Fonts
Fonts are served locally from this server. There is no connection to external font services (such as Google Fonts), and therefore no visitor IP address is passed on to third parties.
4 · Server logs
The server stores technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested URL). This data serves secure and stable operation and troubleshooting and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site.
5 · Error tracking (Sentry)
To detect and fix technical errors we use Sentry, with servers in the EU region (Frankfurt). Sentry is engaged as a processor under a data processing agreement and is configured so that no personal data (no IP addresses, no form content) is transmitted.
6 · Hosting
The website and database are hosted with Hostinger (Hostinger Operations UAB), data centre in Germany (EU). The provider is engaged as a processor.
7 · Contact by email
Contact is handled via mailto: links — this website has no contact
form that stores data. If you send an email, your message is used only to reply
to you.
8 · Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access to the stored data,
- rectification of incorrect data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing and objection,
- data portability.
To exercise your rights, write to the address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données, cnpd.public.lu).
9 · Changes
This statement will be updated if the processing changes. Last updated: September 2026.
